Dear Member,

You are invited to attend our 2011 Annual General Meeting to be held at Kinglake Ranges Neighbourhood House on Tuesday September 20 at 6:30 pm.

After the official program please join us for a light supper and drinks.

Please contact the House for the following:

v  Form of Appointment of proxy form if you are unable to attend the AGM but you would like to vote (Appendix 3)

v  Nomination of Candidate form (Appendix 5) needs to be submitted to the Neighbourhood House, 3 days prior to the AGM.

Please note all membership renewals fall due at this time.  To ensure your continued membership please pay your $1 prior to, or at the AGM or call into the house any time prior even if you have recently joined the KRNH.  New members must also pay the nominated entrance fee of $1, as well as your annual membership fee.

We look forward to seeing you at the AGM, to share our achievements from 2011.

Membership in KRNH is open to all residents of the Kinglake Ranges who have an interest in the aims and activities of KRNH and who support the existence of a neighbourhood house in Kinglake.

The joining fee is $1.00 with a further ongoing fee of $1 each year of membership. The new year begins on the day after our AGM.    Each financial member is entitled to a vote at all general meetings in person or by proxy.
The current committee is determined to find ways to add value to the membership of KRNH and is open to suggestions from Members and those considering membership for ways in which belonging to the Kinglake Ranges Neighbourhood House Inc could be further enhanced.
As a beginning step last year the committee hosted an open day for members and family, where they could come along and meet the committee and Program Tutors, volunteers and staff over a delicious (and free) lunch.
This year the committee has directed the Coordinator to offer a membership discount on as many courses as is possible  during 2011. We are starting with a small number but hope to increase this as and when it becomes possible.
