Forms can be posted or delivered in person to 6 McMahons Rd Kinglake or scanned emailed to email@example.com. Why Not drop the form into the House and have a cuppa!
ENROLMENTS AND PAYMENTS OF SERVICE FEES
All participants MUST pay the full cost of the course prior to the course commencing otherwise you may forfeit your place, or if there are insufficient enrolments the course may be postponed or cancelled.
If you are re-enrolling in a course for the following term in the same year, you do NOT need to complete another enrolment form. However, you MUST go to reception and inform them that you wish to re-enrol for next term and pay the full cost of the course one week before the new term commences.
Payment can be made by:
- Cash at the reception desk
- Over the phone credit card details
- EFTPOS card at the reception desk
- Bank or personal cheque by mail or at the reception desk
- Direct by Electronic Funds Transfer into KRNH account

POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS
Where a course is cancelled by us for any reason, a full refund will be made. Where a participant with-draws from a course/ workshop at short notice, a refund will only be made if the remaining numbers are sufficient for the course to proceed. A refund of this nature will attract a $5.00 administration charge. Where the remaining numbers are not sufficient, a refund cannot be made.
