    WHAT’S HAPPENING AT NEIGHBOURHOOD HOUSE?

    Teesha has had her baby!

The staff and committee of the Kinglake Ranges Neighbourhood House would like to congratulate Teesha, Shane and their family on the arrival of their baby boy Rueben Gil born August 30th weighing 10 pound 1 oz, we are happy to report both mother and son are doing well and are now home!

    Op Shop
The Op Shop is now is full swing with our volunteers working extremely hard.  Thank you to all Op Shop Volunteers and a special thank you to Irene for all of her hard work and dedication. We have received some fantastic donations and are grateful for all of the support the community has provided so far. Don’t forget to pop in and have a look around at Shop 1A Glenburn Rd (next to Mason White McDougall). We still need more volunteers, even if you can only commit to one day per month!  We are open 10am – 3 pm every day except Tuesday.

    Festival Update

It is with regret that the Committee of the Kinglake Ranges Neighbourhood House has decided to postpone the Kinglake Ranges Festival. As you all would be aware, the capacity for community volunteers and staff in the community at this time is stretched and in order to provide the community with a Festival that will be remembered and supported by all we believe Sunday March 18th 2012 will be the best date for this event.

There are many great activities that are provided by the community and business of this town therefore the months leading up to Christmas will be very busy for most families and residents.

We would love to have input and assistance by all of you therefore we are planning our next meeting at the Kinglake Ranges Neighbourhood house on Tuesday September 27th at 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome, show your support and great ideas, see you there.
