Kinglake Youth Group Wominjeka is a Youth Drop In Centre, that meets at various times during the week. Program is supervised. Lots of fun activities included!!

Youth Art and Wellbeing Short Courses 

Youth Beauty
Tuesday 2nd August  - 16th August
Facilitator: Carmen (Beauty Therapy)
Youth Beauty is a six week course that provides teens with an insight into looking after
their skin, hair, nails and how to apply makeup using natural products.
*All participants receive their own kit.
Time: 6.30pm—8.30pm Kinglake Ranges Neighbourhood House

Youth Beading
Thursday 11th August  - 15th September — Six Weeks
Facilitator: Michelle Stewart
Come along and learn the art of beading in a group setting. Michelle will have materials
available to create beaded Jewellery or bring your own bits and pieces. Techniques to be
explored include: Venetian Weave, Peyote Stitch, and Pearl Knotting.
Time: 6.30pm –8.30pm Wominjeka Youth Group: 3 Glenburn Rd Kinglake

Italian Cooking
Sunday 31st July  - 18th September
Facilitator: Isabella and Rossi (Cappa Rossi’s Pizza)
Come and learn to cook pizza, pasta and meats the Italian way! Well known locals Isabella
and Rossi will take you on a fun and delicious culinary journey, course includes menu
planning and healthy eating. Three classes in total.
Time: 10am—2pm Kinglake Temporary Village Kitchen
Cost: FREE. Subsidised by FRRR.
